Dina is a transformational facilitator with over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, guiding people through deep inner shifts using movement, breath, energy work, and nervous system restoration.
With a background in Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, and transformational retreat facilitation, she creates experiences that help participants release emotional heaviness, reconnect with themselves, and create space for meaningful lasting change.

Holistic Bodywork Practitioner
Natalia is a licensed esthetician and a body awareness practitioner. She specializes in relaxation-focused practices, including facial massage, self-massage techniques, and guided myofascial release.
Her work is centered around helping women reconnect with their bodies, reduce tension, and support overall well-being in a gentle and mindful way.
Anya
Wellness Food Curator
Anya is a longtime practitioner of plant-based living, with over 17 years of experience exploring vegetarian and whole-food nutrition as a source of healing, balance, and energy.
At the retreat, she creates simple, nourishing meals designed to support detoxification, lightness, and inner balance—offering food that feels both grounding and uplifting.
